Auxis was hired by an aviation solutions company to bolster their managed IT services division. The key goal was to provide a robust 24/7 service desk for both internal and external users while keeping costs low. Auxis implemented a service test program called SysAid to capture customer transactions and provide monthly KPI reviews. They also explored and implemented robotic process automation. The project, ongoing for two to three years, has been managed by an infrastructure manager and several service representatives working in shifts.

In another project, Auxis was engaged by a cloud computing company to automate the full delivery process from code check-in to deployment in the production environment. The aim was to enable application development teams to deliver code changes more frequently and reliably through continuous integration and delivery. Auxis conducted RPA project testing, created test cases and test data, set up and configured the CI/CD architecture, defined and configured the steps of the CI/CD pipeline, and incorporated and tested the CI/CD pipeline in the automations. The team also provided knowledge transfer, documentation, and training for VMware Designers about the CI/CD approach.

A nonprofit organization contracted Auxis to provide support for their network and data center after their contract with a previous vendor expired. Auxis provided first and second-level service desk support, IT infrastructure, network, and data center monitoring, and support for the organization's IT in Azure Cloud. They also partnered on IT special projects and helped with security monitoring and patching solutions. In addition, Auxis was engaged for security remediation after another company conducted a security assessment. The engagement, which started in January 2021 and went live in July 2021, is set to last for another two years.
