Auxis was hired by an aviation solutions company to improve their managed IT services division. The company aimed to provide a robust 24/7 service desk for internal and external users while keeping costs low. Auxis implemented a service test program called SysAid, which captures customer transactions and provides monthly KPI reviews. They also explored and implemented robotic process automation. The engagement, led by an infrastructure manager and several service representatives, has been ongoing for two to three years.
For a nonprofit organization, Auxis provided managed IT services after their contract with a previous vendor expired. The organization required support for their network and data center. Auxis provided first and second-level service desk support, IT infrastructure, network, and data center monitoring. They also assisted with security monitoring, patching solutions, and special IT projects. Most of the organization's IT is in Azure Cloud, which Auxis supports. The engagement, which began in January 2021, has another two years remaining.
Auxis was hired by a cloud computing company to automate their full delivery process from code check-in to deployment to the production environment. The goal was to enable the application development teams to deliver code changes more frequently and reliably. Auxis assessed, designed, and implemented the test automation for existing RPA projects, created test cases and collected/generate test data, set up and configured the CI/CD architecture, defined and configured the steps of the CI/CD pipeline, incorporated and tested the CI/CD pipeline in the automations, and provided knowledge transfer, documentation, and training.
