Authentic Encounters LLC

Authentic Encounters LLC undertook a successful project in collaboration with One Southern Indiana, a local Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Organization, led by the CFO. The project was initiated to align the executive team around a shared vision and a strategic mission. Several objectives were set, including strengthening intra-department collaboration, improving leadership communication, fostering stronger trust within the team, enhancing the team's culture, and developing a unified vision for the executive team. Authentic Encounters LLC was chosen for its cultural fit, cost-value, and shared company values.

As part of their solution, Authentic Encounters LLC worked with the organization to develop a comprehensive internal culture statement and clearly defined core values. Tools including StrengthsFinder, DISC, and Predictive Index were used to examine individual working styles and team dynamics. To further strengthen team effectiveness, the executive group received training to handle difficult conversations professionally. Additionally, individualized coaching was offered, focusing on improving leadership capabilities and promoting personal growth.

The results of this six-month engagement exceeded expectations, leading to an extension of the collaboration. Authentic Encounters LLC was commissioned to deliver six additional training sessions for the broader organization. The focus areas included communication, leadership presence, customer service, team building, and employee appreciation. Authentic Encounters LLC’s methodologies successfully instilled improved collaborative and leadership qualities, cultivating a much-enhanced work culture.
