Auriga IT worked on a project for a leading Indian engineering company, developing a tourist kiosk solution for the city of Jaipur. The kiosks, which were installed in popular tourist spots, provided information about local attractions, restaurants, and shopping places, and offered services such as internet browsing and taxi booking. The project was completed within four months, from October 2015 to January 2016, with each kiosk costing 500,000 rupees. The solution was well received by the government and is being replicated in other cities.
The company also provided staff augmentation services for an ecommerce development project for ShopClues, a major Indian online marketplace. Auriga's team worked closely with the in-house team to build a high-volume, large-scale billing and payments system. The project started in August 2011 and was completed by early 2013, with an investment of ₹800,000 Indian Rupees per month.
In another project, Auriga IT built a web and mobile-based platform for Kyynd, a SaaS-enabled marketplace for charitable giving. The solution, which integrated with various payment gateways and social media platforms, was designed to be user-friendly for consumers and enterprise-friendly for businesses. The project, which started in October 2016, involved a dedicated team of nine people, including a project manager, and an investment of over $200,000.
