Audacia was hired by ADM Agriculture Ltd, a global food processing and commodities trading corporation, to develop a scalable commodities trading platform. The platform was designed to accommodate an increase in users and data resulting from a merger, and to integrate decades of data from multiple sources to streamline processes. Audacia used an agile approach, with each release broken into two-week cycles for feedback and performance reviews. The platform automated key areas of the business, including purchase and sales contracts, pricing structures, and integrated price alerts. It also facilitated real-time updates of invoice generation and supplier validity.

Bellway Homes, a house building company, contracted Audacia to develop a digital Sales Specification App. The app was designed to deliver a regionally configurable national sales specification, expanded to include accommodation and plot scheduling with functionality for elevational enhancements bolt-ons. Audacia was selected for this project based on a referral and assigned 2-5 employees to work on it.

STERIS, a medical device sterilization company, engaged Audacia to develop new scheduling software. The software was intended to generate schedules for the plant, aiming for maximum production quality while optimizing utilization and on-time delivery metrics. The software also needed to fulfill general and site-specific scheduling needs to facilitate rollouts to any facility in the network. Other functionalities included enhancing sustainability, improving communication and visual management, facilitating continuous improvement, and reducing the opportunity for human error in maintenance planning. Audacia was chosen for this project based on high ratings, geographic proximity, and value for cost.
