Atteli

Atteli was hired by a manufacturing company to develop an IT tool that would streamline communication among different departments. The tool was designed to automate how costs are requested from the marketing budget, and how these requests are processed by the Customer Support, Logistics, and Finance departments. Atteli was chosen for this project due to their previous successful collaboration with the company. The project, developed in Microsoft PowerApp (Azure), also involved improvements to the existing system and adjustments to approval mechanics due to changes in the company structure. Atteli's director and implementation director worked closely with the company to ensure the tool's functionality met their specific business needs.

In another project, Atteli was hired by telecommunications company, Liquid Systems, for the implementation of a CRM system and automation of business processes. Atteli was recommended due to their successful completion of a similar project for another company in the same industry. The CRM implementation, which lasted six months, involved an analysis of the company's current environment, application of appropriate authorizations, configuration of the CRM system, and creation of business processes. Atteli also provided administrative training and operational manuals to frontend users. The project was managed by Atteli's project manager and an implementation specialist.
