Atteli

Atteli was hired by a manufacturing company to develop an IT tool that would streamline communication between departments. The tool, developed in Microsoft PowerApp (Azure), automated the process of requesting costs from the marketing budget by the sales and marketing teams, and the subsequent processing of these requests by the Customer Support, Logistics, and Finance departments. The project also entailed improvements to the old system and adjustments to the approval mechanics due to changes in the company structure. The client worked directly with the director responsible for the implementation and Atteli's director. The client appreciated Atteli's understanding of their business needs and their willingness to accommodate.

In another project, Atteli was contracted by a telecommunications company, Liquid Systems, for the implementation of a CRM system and automation of business processes. The project, which lasted six months, involved an analysis of the company's current environment, application of appropriate authorizations in the system according to the company's structure and roles, and configuration of the CRM system. Atteli also created business processes in line with the company's processes and provided administrative training and operational manuals to frontend users. The client had a positive experience working with Atteli's project manager and implementation specialist. They appreciated Atteli's understanding of their complex business activities and their ability to implement adequate solutions to automate them.
