Atomicvibe Design Lab was hired by Delta College, a leading community college in America, to provide sub-branding services. The specific objective was the illustration of a mascot, the Delta College Duck. Atomicvibe was selected due to their cultural fit and the perceived good value for cost. The team from Atomicvibe, comprised of 2-5 employees, conducted demographic research and competitive landscape analysis, developed a strategic sub-brand narrative, character backstory, brand voice, personality, and tone for the mascot. They also developed a mascot logo system and visual identity, presented a proof-of-concept, and created a brand guidelines document. All final files were delivered for both digital and print applications. The selection of Atomicvibe was done through an online search, and the college found them to be a great fit and good value for the cost.
