ATOMICUS

Atomicus was hired by HireForYou.Pro, an IT recruitment company, to find three software developers with a specialized understanding of Physics, particularly in Molecular Spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry, for a scientific and research analytical instrumentation producer. The requirement was for a flexible, limited period which didn't align with the traditional model of long-term employment contracts. Atomicus' strong reputation and the presence of highly qualified physicists within their team played a significant role in their selection for this project.

After interviewing seven candidates from Atomicus, three were chosen for their proficiency in .Net, C#, WPF, and C++ software development technologies. Two of the selected candidates also held confirmed scientific degrees in Physics with a background in Molecular Spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry.
