The objective was to source and recruit senior-level software engineers for the fast-paced startup. AtomicHR was chosen due to their great culture fit, high quality, and a referral. The scope of work involved collaborating with Mirza's Product, Engineering and People leadership to develop a talent recruitment plan within specific time and budget constraints. Atomic*HR was then tasked with technical sourcing and recruitment services in the LATAM region and within specific timezones. The talent profiles sought were senior-level hires with a combination of specific technical skills and experience, as well as attributes specific to Mirza's team culture and individual qualities.
