Atomic Robot was hired by a payment gateway company to assist with the integration of a new payment backend. The goal of the project was to lower costs by switching to a new backend service. The team at Atomic Robot built a simulator that mimicked the payment processor, allowing the client to test their system and ensure it was running properly. Two Atomic Robot resources were onsite for the duration of the project. The client, who has known the founders of Atomic Robot for 20 years, trusted them to deliver on their promises and was pleased with the results.

In another project, Atomic Robot was brought in by a national retail chain to aid in the development of their native mobile apps. The team from Atomic Robot worked alongside the in-house staff, developing new and critical components for the retailer's mobile experience. They provided eight developers, covering both Android and iOS, and worked in an Agile process with multiple iterations. The partnership began in September 2017 and is still ongoing. The client was satisfied with Atomic Robot's work, noting their talent and the positive customer experience they helped create.

The United States Playing Card Company hired Atomic Robot to update and add new features to their existing app, Bicycle ® How To Play. Atomic Robot improved the app based on user feedback and brought in fresh ideas to enhance the app's functionality. They designed and developed the backend layout and walked the client through test builds until the final iOS and Android apps were completed. The project, which ran from October 2017 to March 2018, was a success, with the client praising Atomic Robot's experience and ability to revamp their stalled app.
