Aterise

Aterise was hired by Symfa Inc., an international software solutions provider, to extract, decompose, and migrate a part of a legacy monolithic rating engine from VB.NET to .NET microservices. The goal was to incorporate it into an existing enterprise architecture and make it scalable and shareable across other teams. Aterise's team of 16 specialists implemented a step-by-step strategy that included requirements elicitation and analysis, roadmap creation, and top-level architecture design. The project also involved the implementation of an effective caching strategy that improved engine performance. The project was successful, with the new engine operating alongside the legacy one, ensuring no business logic was missing or broken.

For the design services company, Duck.design, Aterise was tasked with expanding their existing development team, upgrading infrastructure, enhancing security, integrating new third-party APIs, and improving development and release processes. The team of 2-5 Aterise employees successfully accomplished these goals, thereby extending the range of services offered by Duck.design and improving their operational efficiency.

Interexy LLC, a custom software development and IT consulting company, engaged Aterise to upgrade their legacy financial system. The goal was to make the system scalable and capable of handling future growth and increased demand. The Aterise team transformed the project into a complete service, offering software and consultancy for online payment processing. They developed a modular system for easy integration with various payment systems, ensuring high user satisfaction. The team also implemented an automated delivery process with testing, significantly reducing the time to deliver new features. This project was successful in upgrading Interexy LLC's legacy financial system and preparing it for future growth.
