Astwellsoft

Astwellsoft was contracted by Ademrius, a Hospital Information System for private clinics, to technically implement a digital healthcare domain idea. The Astwellsoft team, composed of 15 members including a project manager, technical writer, designer, tech architect, backend engineers, frontend engineers, and QA, was entrusted with the entire turnkey project due to their expertise in SaaS solutions and the healthcare domain. They helped Ademrius validate the idea in the market, form a technical description, design, code the solution, and finally, go to market through digital marketing, bringing in the first customers.

Astwellsoft worked with a travel booking company to update their system's outdated components and migrate data into new databases compatible with the new technology stack. The project, which spanned from March 2021 to March 2022, was spearheaded by a project manager and technical lead from Astwellsoft. The team was able to successfully rewrite legacy parts of the system into a modern coding language, providing recommendations for system improvements along the way. The travel booking company invested almost $400,000 in the project and plans to engage Astwellsoft for another project in 2023.

The company, Askep LLC, hired Astwellsoft to develop a CRM for medical clinics. The solution, built from scratch by a team of approximately 10 people, allows patients to make online appointments with doctors and collects statistical information about patients from general medical CRM systems. Astwellsoft handled all aspects of the project, including design, layout, coding, server management, and testing. The project, which started in May 2017, had an investment of around $35,000 with a second milestone of near $20,000 planned to be completed by the end of January. The solution is being sold to medical clinics in Ukraine, with plans to expand abroad next year.
