AstrumAI was hired by functiomed AG, an interdisciplinary health center based in Zurich, to develop and implement a digital solution for their website. The project aimed to provide structured patient guidance and reduce front desk workload through automated triage. The goal was to optimize conversions from the website to appointment bookings through targeted user guidance. AstrumAI developed a multilingual, dialogue-based communication solution (chatbot) that was integrated into the existing website. The chatbot was designed to guide patients through the service offerings, automate responses to standard inquiries, and support efficient appointment bookings. The result was a scalable, digitally supported patient communication solution that had a direct impact on operational efficiency and appointment conversions.
