Ascentic

Ascentic undertook a project for a UK-based property law firm to streamline the conveyancing process. As a technology-led company, their main objective was to develop software that would automate routine tasks and improve the flow of work by employing artificial intelligence and enhancing data infrastructure. Ascentic was chosen over other companies due to the high ratings, cultural compatibility, excellent value for money and shared values, and was recommended by a referral.

A comprehensive scope of work ensued, involving Ascentic's team of six to ten specialists. The project entailed the development and integration of several crucial components. Firstly, they developed a legal tech user interface, connecting the firm's case explorer to the existing CMS and creating a custom, team-specific UI. Next, they built LLM-powered pipelines, ensuring the continual updating of case details. Additionally, they migrated to Aircall, thereby enhancing call routing functionality for over 100,000 calls to the appropriate team member among a team of 200.

Finally, Ascentic also developed a custom CRM integrated with a payment gateway, boosting the firm’s conversion rates. Each of these provisions significantly improved productivity and optimized operations within the law firm. The outcome, therefore, achieved the initial aim of implementing technology to drive efficiency, demonstrating the unique versatility and ingenuity of Ascentic's software solutions.
