The partnership began in 2013 and the annual expenditure for their services ranges from $30,000 to $55,000.

For Simple Machines Marketing, a full-service B2B outsource marketing agency, Ascend Technologies provided a variety of services with the primary responsibility of offering remote helpdesk support. They resolved issues related to printer connectivity, mismanaged files, communication devices, and other IT components. They also provided data management and cybersecurity support. When the agency decided to update their infrastructure, Ascend Technologies migrated all their content and accounts to Office 365. The partnership began in October 2013 and the agency has spent $125,000 since then.

For Ardeo Education Solutions, a company providing Loan Repayment Assistance Programs, Ascend Technologies, through their cybersecurity division Nimble Defense, completed a cybersecurity assessment and then ran their cybersecurity program.
