The company managed all of Second Sense's technology, including servers and computer equipment. They recently installed 20 new computers, ensuring the devices were accessible for the visually impaired. Second Sense commended Ascend Technologies for their exceptional customer service and dedication, spending between $30,000 – $35,000 annually for their services, with recent server installations increasing 2018 expenses to approximately $55,000.

For Ardeo Education Solutions, Ascend Technologies provided cybersecurity management services. Initially hired to complete a cybersecurity assessment, the engagement evolved into Ascend running Ardeo's entire cybersecurity program. The assessment, conducted within the NIST Cybersecurity framework, helped shape Ardeo's IT policy, incident response plan, and other cybersecurity processes. Ascend Technologies was recommended to Ardeo through their managed service provider.

Ascend Technologies also provided managed IT services to Simple Machines Marketing, a B2B outsource marketing agency. They offered remote helpdesk support to resolve IT issues, data management, and cybersecurity support. They also delivered several projects, including content and account migration to Office 365, and assisted in moving offices by ensuring the safe transportation of all IT-related systems. Simple Machines Marketing commended Ascend Technologies for their candidness during the sales process and clear expectations for the partnership. They have invested $125,000 in their services since the partnership began in October 2013.
