The platform was intended to provide construction project lead data and market intelligence across every UK sector and region. The Arrk Group team, consisting of 40 members, successfully implemented several projects including web apps, data processing systems, and system integrations. They also undertook a project to minimize manual data entry and free up resources for more complex data research activities. The project resulted in a 30% reduction of manual effort, with expectations of reaching over 50% by year end. The project involved analyzing every field manually entered to understand the input rules and defining target accuracy. Arrk Group used rule-based Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques for different aspects of data processing. The quality assurance was achieved by having the system and people process the same records and compare results.
