The American College of Surgeons engaged Aress Software for ServiceNow-related customizations to enhance their existing SAP integration. The goal was to extend functionality, improve the user interface, and build out additional workflows tailored to their internal processes. Aress Software developed and delivered a new plugin version that featured improved functionality, cleaner UI components, and tighter integration with SAP modules.
