Areon Labs

The first project Areon Labs tackled for Founded by Few was developing an AI system to streamline the online community's post-sales process. Areon Labs' solution automated tasks such as sales calls and note-taking and restructured the sales pipeline for more efficient management. The innovative AI also served as a travel agent for the team, facilitating the planning and research for international events. Throughout the ongoing collaboration since March 2026, one Areon Labs representative has been assigned to the company, their culture and values resonating well with Founded by Few's ethics.

For the second project, Areon Labs designed a call summary generator for the founders' community of Founded by Few. Automating the post-sales call process was the primary objective, a task effectively accomplished by creating a tool that assimilated post-call transcripts into Microsoft Teams and Slack channels. The tool's performance varied depending upon the call type, though it consistently added notes to contacts in the CRM, managed pipelines and shared call updates with the team. Since the initiation of the project in March 2026, Logan from Areon Labs has been the main point of contact, further strengthening the bond between the two organizations due to their cultural fit and aligned values.

In both projects, Areon Labs performed excellently, demonstrating their expertise and adaptability by creating bespoke systems for Founded by Few's complex requirements. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with Founded by Few praising Areon Labs' culture fit and matched values. As a result, since its inception in March 2026, their collaboration has remained strong and continuous, achieving great strides in automation and operational efficiency for Founded by Few.
