The Arbridge

The Arbridge was hired by Buyx, an outsource procurement company, for supplier research. The Arbridge was chosen based on a network recommendation and its excellent communication skills. The project involved finding a reliable contractor for a web development project. The Arbridge provided full engagement and support during the analysis and specification of the request. The company exceeded expectations by providing additional advisory services, communication support throughout the project, and qualitative supplier research. The project was overseen by CEO Vladislav Kostyk, the company's CBDO, and a personal manager.

The Arbridge was also hired by Highers, a startup focused on advertising Junior/Trainee career offers, for operations consulting and C-level mentoring. The CEO of Highers had previous experience with The Arbridge and was impressed with their work. The project involved rapid scaling and growth, requiring expertise in operations, process and structure building, and tuning. The Arbridge conducted personal interviews for employees, group sessions for department heads, and identified and eliminated risks and blockers. CEO Vladislav Kostyk, CBDO Kateryna Parunova, and a client manager were involved in the project. The C-level mentoring provided by The Arbridge was praised for its focus on business processes, strategic thinking, delegating and correct supervision building, relations with investors, and long-term planning.
