Arbormoon Software, Inc.

Arbormoon Software, Inc. collaborated with Mandy and Pandy, an educational company that creates interactive Mandarin learning resources for children. The challenge was to simplify the labor-intensive task of developing lesson plans with the aid of technology, which the company lacked the resources to do in-house. Arbormoon Software assisted in creating a foreign language software program, including an MVP in weekly sprints and incorporating feedback from monthly focus groups to refine the product. The features encompassed a streamlined curriculum-building exercise for educators, interactive games, and compatibility with mobile and desktop platforms. This project took less than a year, from January to December 2018.

The University of Michigan's Department of Anesthesia engaged Arbormoon Software, Inc. to redesign their data collection system. The improved system enabled the department to collect data more effectively and accurately report findings from their project work. The process involved reviewing the existing system to determine what was functional and what needed improvement. They then identified the reports required and migrated the old system into the new one after thorough testing. The project, which cost $70,000, started in January 2020, with the system migration completed in July, and the follow-up period officially concluded in October of the same year.
