Highlights from Recent Projects
ApricusIT was engaged by a B2B Marketing Automation software company to integrate a third-party solution that would offer a no-code HTML banner design solution. The solution needed to permit clients to seamlessly create HTML banners without the need for coding knowledge. The project team from ApricusIT consisted of an enterprise architect, solutions architect, a senior developer, and a QA engineer. The project involved research, selection of potential candidate editors, a proof of concept, several iterations of implementation, and deployment as part of the platform solution to the client. The client reported a successful integration that significantly improved user experience and adoption.
In another project, ApricusIT was tasked with migrating a B2B Marketing Automation platform to the cloud to accommodate a significant global customer. As a part of the cloud migration, the platform needed to be scaled and enhanced to ensure optimal performance across Europe, Asia, and North America. The project faced challenges arising from the complexity of the existing platform, strict budget constraints, and a contracted date to go live. ApricusIT provided a team of four Architects to guide the transformation implementation, resulting in a successful migration and scaling to meet the client's requirements.
ApricusIT was also hired by an Omnicom agency to simplify data consistency throughout a campaign life-cycle for global brands. The challenge was to manage variations in names of entities across different teams and platforms. ApricusIT developed and trained a machine learning model to automate the taxonomy mapping routines, allowing the mapping of thousands of taxonomy tags within minutes with little human assistance. The project had three phases: visioning, proof of concept, and MVP, all of which were successfully completed by ApricusIT. The project significantly freed up resources for creative work, leading to improved efficiency and productivity.
