Apreel was contracted by NetGuardians, Inc., a Swiss software company specializing in big data analytics, to build a software engineering team in Poland. The company was struggling to recruit engineers globally due to the dry Swiss market. Apreel successfully recruited ten software engineers in Poland and provided comprehensive services, including legal, administrative, financial, and recruitment. The team has been working on high-end custom software development using the latest technology in big data and machine learning. The project has been ongoing since January 2019, and the client has invested approximately $2.2 million.

Apreel was hired by a large insurance company to digitalize their corporate insurance process. The existing system was obsolete and disconnected from the legacy system, making it difficult to develop. Apreel built a process management system from scratch using Camunda, handling end-to-end processes of the corporate insurance business. The system includes features for supervising engineers, underwriting guidelines, pricing management, and broker connectivity. The project, which started in March 2020, is still ongoing, with the client investing around $6 million–$7 million so far.

A medical technology company hired Apreel for staff augmentation. The company needed qualified developers who could quickly learn the domain architecture and start contributing to building new features. Apreel was selected based on a previous successful collaboration with the company. The project involved building a cloud-based application supporting medical devices. The recruitment process involved training Apreel's recruitment team to effectively "sell" the project to candidates, followed by a self-assessment and interview process for each candidate.
