The app includes features such as performance reviews, time tracking, one-on-one scheduling, and an employee portal where users can view monthly stats and feedback. AppVesto used Flutter for the iOS app, while the web version is mainly for employees to handle sensitive information. The project has been ongoing for seven months and has cost over $70,000.

AppVesto LLC has been working with a development company that specializes in Salesforce, developing 3-4 mobile applications for their clients. These complex projects included scaling and security and are depended on by several departments. The collaboration started in September 2020 and is still ongoing, with the investment amounting to $65,000–$75,000. The founder of the development company works directly with the CEO and a project manager from AppVesto.
