The team developed a comprehensive solution that allowed clients to order items through an application, provided KPI dashboards for monitoring consumption, and automated reorder points. The application was integrated with the company's ERP system and could also link with each client's ERP systems. This resulted in optimized costs, increased sales through product gap analysis, and the ability to benchmark clients against each other. The team comprised of a senior business analyst, a senior project manager, a junior project manager, and a business development manager.

For the Black Podcasting company, APPSTIRR developed an iOS and Android app. The app displays the latest podcasts and allows users to search through multiple categories in a user-friendly manner. The team, consisting of a development team, a lead developer, a managing director, and a project manager, also assisted in getting the app on the app stores. The development was completed and launched within 8-10 weeks, and APPSTIRR continues to provide post-launch support.
