Highlights from Recent Projects
Appluex was hired by the founder of The Date Night App of Revised Revisions LLC to integrate APIs, create a backend dashboard, deploy Test Flight, build out a user interface, integrate login, and integrate payment for their mobile application. Appluex was chosen due to their high ratings and alignment with the company's values. A single Appluex employee worked on the project, integrating email authentication with Firebase, Google Maps SDK for location screens, in-app purchases, and email service for feedback. They also built APIs for Activity Selection Screens, implemented Firebase push notifications and third-party auth systems, updated screens, remedied bugs, and managed app store submission.
The Data Project Manager of N.G. Heimos Greenhouses, Inc., a wholesale plant distributor, hired Appluex to create an app for inventory management, download information for import to their inventory system, and integrate sales data. Appluex was selected based on high ratings and a referral. The app developed by Appluex allows the company to track inventory that was being marked down and discarded at the store level, export data daily for import into their own system, and add new users, edit UPCs and pricing for items, and add items as needed.
SuperfastCPA, a company that creates study tools for CPA exams, engaged Appluex to develop mobile versions of their study tools. Appluex built an Android and iOS mobile app using Flutter, which allows users to take quizzes, listen to audio lectures, and read study guide summaries. The app, tied to the company's website, pulls from their preexisting database, offers audio notes, quizzes with practice questions, and a hybrid functionality where users can read while the audio plays. The initial build of the app cost $20,000–$25,000, and updates cost between $3,000–$5,000.
