Applover was contracted by the e-commerce company, Kupuje.Live, to develop a custom software solution. The team of 2-5 employees from Applover created an online streaming platform, an automated module for e-commerce activities, and a sales behavior analysis and recommendation module integrated with a business intelligence tool. The platform gathers customer preference data through surveys, allowing sellers to tailor their approach for improved sales and customer experiences. The system identifies and highlights pro-sales behavior during live broadcasts, enabling sellers to optimize their performance in real-time. The company ENVOY engaged Applover to improve their platform's back-end and build new features.
