Applied Tech partnered with Estound, a Denver-based marketing agency, to streamline their remote team's workflows and manage their cloud infrastructure, desktop support, and cybersecurity needs. The project involved setting up the company on a cloud platform and providing ongoing IT support. The service package included a full IT team from Applied Tech, comprising helpdesk, projects, procurement, infrastructure, and security specialists. The client appreciated the immediate response to any IT-related issues and the overall ease of setup. The client now regards Applied Tech as an indispensable part of their business operations.

In another project, Applied Tech provided managed IT and cybersecurity services for a community bank. The company was initially contracted by a smaller network provider that was later acquired by Applied Tech. The services included network management, tech support via a ticketing system, and cybersecurity projects such as multi-factor authentication, endpoint detection and response (EDR) for individual workstations, and cybersecurity training. The company invests around $50,000 annually with Applied Tech and has been working with them since December 2021.

Applied Tech also worked with MEDILOGIX, a healthcare firm providing medical equipment to post-acute healthcare facilities. The project's goals included providing a complete IT infrastructure, remote desktops and endpoint management, and advisory services for all aspects of IT. The initial deliverables included providing virtual desktops and hosted servers for their ERP platform. Over the last 12 years, the scope has expanded to include endpoint security, Azure migration and site recovery, Microsoft license management, cybersecurity consulting, and various other integration and expansion projects. The client selected Applied Tech due to their proximity, culture fit, value for cost, and expertise.
