The company was chosen for their high ratings and found through an online search. The project involved several key tasks including market research, product sourcing, website development, marketing, inventory management, customer service, sales monitoring, and legal compliance. The deliverables included a market research report, finalized products and supplier agreements, a fully functional website, marketing campaign plans and ads, an inventory system and order fulfillment process, customer service setup, monthly sales and performance reports, and necessary business licenses and product compliance. The completed project successfully met all of the outlined objectives, with Chicoric praising Applicoders for their efficient and effective work.
