After agreeing on the budget, the software development was carried out over nine months, followed by an improvement stage that required another three-month discovery phase. The final product, hosted on AWS, includes a system to create registration forms, manage the evaluation process, form a jury, evaluate applications, and a marketing intelligence module. The project, which started in April 2023, is set to be launched in April 2024 at a cost of $98,000.

An English teacher from the ALA Foreign Language Center sought the services of The App Master to create an app that would enhance their occupation. The teacher found The App Master through an online search and chose them due to their high ratings and referrals. The scope of work involved the development of an application to assist the teacher in their work, with 2-5 employees from The App Master assigned to the project.

The App Master was hired by a software consulting firm to build a website, provide SEO keyword analysis, and manage the implementation of designs. The consulting firm found The App Master through a referral and the Clutch site, choosing them for their great culture fit, good value for cost, and referrals. The App Master collaborated with a local design vendor, provided feedback during the design cycle, assembled wireframes in Figma after the design concepts were finished, and then implemented the wireframes in WordPress. 2-5 employees from The App Master were assigned to the project.
