AOT Technologies not only redesigned the platform but also managed inquiries from practitioners and maintained the platform. They also made the design more user-friendly and helped the company understand the scope of new functionalities. The platform can generate reports once an instrument is completed. The company pays a monthly fee of around $1,500 for maintenance and the collaboration, which started in July 2013, is still ongoing.

AOT Technologies has been providing various IT services for an independent project manager. The manager usually works on large projects that require expertise in various areas such as database, user interface, and security. AOT Technologies has worked on different types of projects, including messaging systems in the public health sector with high security needs, cloud identity management authentication, and overall architecture for full-stack development on a web app. The projects ranged from $20,000 to $200,000 each and the relationship, which started two years ago, is still ongoing.

AOT Technologies worked with a start-up medical technology company to develop Canada’s only multidiscipline and multichannel healthcare communications app. The previous technology company they worked with had poor pacing and communication which put the development behind schedule. AOT Technologies built a cloud-based solution on Azure that complied with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. They also provided complimentary design services that saved the company time and money. The project, which started in November 2016, cost approximately $300,000 and they are planning to start new projects in January 2018.
