Anthracite was contracted by a large review platform to redesign their existing company website with the goal of increasing the conversion rate into leads. The project involved providing a design system and prototype for developers, and testing and improving new designs. Anthracite was chosen due to their competitive pricing, cultural fit, and strong referral. The team, consisting of 2-5 employees, divided the project into two phases: initial research, which included a UX audit and JTBD analysis, and subsequent design iterations. They conducted in-depth interviews with customers and unbiased participants, identified UX problems, and crafted job stories. These insights were then translated into diverse design concepts and UX flows, which were rigorously tested for effectiveness. Following testing, Anthracite produced high-fidelity prototypes with adaptive elements and a clean, scalable UI-kit. They maintained continuous communication with the client's developers, ensuring a smooth transfer of designs.
