Anthem Video was hired by the Oakland Business Improvement District, a government entity serving the business district of Oakland, Pittsburgh, to promote a block party event. The event was held in celebration of a public art piece, where streetlights were put up in a specific part of the district. Anthem Video attended the event, filmed footage, and then edited it into a promotional video, which was a little over 2 minutes long.
