Annertech

Annertech collaborated with Dublin Institute of Technology for a European Commission supported research project. The project aimed at developing custom tutorial software which had initially been designed using Drupal 6. Annertech was brought in to help port the code from Drupal 6, a technical hurdle the team at Dublin Institute of Technology was struggling with. Annertech was selected as the solution partner based on their active involvement in the Drupal community and their impressive portfolio of completed work. The project was completed at an estimated cost of €90,000.

Annertech worked with a global nonprofit organization that was facing challenges with a fragmented online presence and a dual currency issue. The organization had 11 independent websites and no effective customer relationship management system. Annertech was tasked with removing all the existing sites and integrating everything into one consolidated site that supported transactions with both currencies. The project, which cost between 16,000 and 20,000 euros, was completed in October 2012. It involved a complete rebuild of the site from scratch, with a focus on mobile web and responsive design.

Annertech was hired by a local government management agency in Ireland to help with their building control management system. The system was designed to allow stakeholders in a building project to register, complete undertakings and assignments, upload necessary documents and plans, and pay a fee. Annertech split the front-end and back-end into two separate entities, using Drupal for the online forms and submissions and a custom system for process management and validation of applications. The project, which cost around 150,000 euros, was completed in March 2014.
