Highlights from Recent Projects
Andrew Ou Studios was hired by an e-commerce marketing company to provide expert UX consultancy. The company, in its start-up phase, needed a professional to establish a good process, take the lead and direct the product experience. Andrew Ou was primarily responsible for making the product as functionally beautiful as possible to reduce the need for constant user support. Despite the project still being in progress, the client has praised Andrew's insightful nature and the improved functionality of their product.
Studio Moku, a design agency, engaged Andrew Ou Studios to assist with a client e-commerce project. The agency was looking for a senior designer who could lead the entire design process and manage other designers. Andrew Ou was able to not only improve the design but also to enhance overall conversions. He interviewed core stakeholders, reworked the overall plan, and provided early concepts within a couple of weeks. His guidance was instrumental in bringing those ideas to visual design.
Andrew Ou Studios was contracted by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) Canada to create the UI/UX for a reporting tool application. The objective was to create an intuitive UX that would guide users through the process to ensure accurate and complete information. Andrew Ou was assigned to the project by the upper management and worked directly with the client. The engagement lasted from May to July 2020. The client praised Andrew Ou's work, although the exact investment figures were not disclosed.
