Ancilar

Ancilar was hired by the CEO of Horizon Storage Group, a real estate development and holding company, to provide product engineering support. The key objectives were to build a scalable, reliable product architecture using modern engineering best practices, accelerate product development, and leverage emerging technologies to future-proof the platform. Ancilar was chosen for their high ratings and good value for cost. The team of 2-5 employees was responsible for evaluating existing requirements, designing a scalable system architecture, developing core product features, integrating relevant third-party services and APIs, and implementing performance, security, and reliability standards. They also provided documentation, code reviews, and ongoing technical guidance. Throughout the project, Ancilar collaborated closely with internal stakeholders, provided regular progress updates, and supported iterative improvements. The final product met the business objectives and was positioned for future growth.
