Amida IT-Services GmbH

Amida IT-Services GmbH was contracted by Vodafone to address an issue with their e-shop and to build a web application. The application was built from scratch using C# and Angular, and it allows call center agents to order products for customers. The application also includes a booking system and a dashboard for team leaders to monitor order creation. Later, Amida addressed compatibility issues between old and new products by creating new systems. The project began in April 2013 and is ongoing, with an investment of approximately €250,000–€300,000.
