AMcom worked with Phillips Latin America, a healthcare company, to transition their medical records software from Java to HTML5. The project began as a pilot, but soon expanded to a full software migration. AMcom’s team also localized the platform to make it accessible to several companies. Currently, the team is working on software optimization, building on existing software assets and functionalities. The partnership, which began in June 2015, has grown over the years, with the number of AMcom team members involved in the project increasing from 23 in 2016 to 45 in 2019. The Phillips Latin America head of R&D maintains direct contact with AMcom's CEO, Andréia. The ongoing project costs Phillips Latin America $100,000 per month.
