Highlights from Recent Projects
AM-BITS completed a pilot project for Sberbank, a large bank in Ukraine, aimed at improving multiple bank systems. The project, which ran from February 2016 to February 2017, involved setting up multiple gateways for extensions, making all data accessible, and generating real-time reports. AM-BITS used Hadoop Swift technology to create a system that transferred data from Sberbank's Teradata-based data warehouse to Hadoop. The team from AM-BITS, consisting of five engineers and a project manager, was chosen for their high-level qualifications and Hadoop certification. The project, which was completed successfully, was included in Sberbank's 2018 budget with an allocation of around $500,000.
