Alva Commerce s.r.o. undertook a project for SEOMO, a digital marketing company, to migrate their e-commerce site from Magento 1 to Magento 2. The project involved minor modifications to the site's theme and layout, as well as some ad hoc customizations. The client worked directly with an account manager from Alva Commerce throughout the engagement, which began in May 2020. The project was deemed successful and the engagement is ongoing, with the client having invested around $20,000 so far.

In another project, Alva Commerce was hired by a business consulting and services company to develop a complex e-commerce platform with various functionalities such as loyalty payment, ERP integrations, and CRM. The team from Alva Commerce, consisting of three senior developers, built a responsive web app from scratch using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The app featured a loyalty module, recommendations, promotions, and loyalty vouchers and points. The project ran from December 2021 to June 2022, with the client investing approximately $100,000-$150,000 USD.

Alva Commerce was also contracted by Under Armour, an American sportswear company, to revamp their e-commerce platform. The goal was to improve the overall shopping experience and increase online sales. Alva Commerce delivered a comprehensive e-commerce solution, which included designing and developing a fully responsive website with an intuitive navigation system, seamless product browsing, and a streamlined checkout process. The project was successful, exceeding the client's expectations and providing good value for the cost.
