ALT.WERK

ALT.WERK was hired by Cluedit, a Salesforce consulting firm, to enhance the user-facing experience for one of their client's Salesforce Experience Cloud self-service portal. Their objective was to transform the portal not only to be technically functional, but also user-friendly, clear, and trustworthy to end-users. The project involved a discovery and alignment phase, where the ALT.WERK team identified friction points and simplified key processes. This led to a more cohesive portal interface design, which included user guidance and trust-building interaction patterns. ALT.WERK’s team collaborated closely with Cluedit throughout the implementation.

With between two to five ALT.WERK employees assigned to the project, they provided UX inputs during the discovery and alignment phase and developed wireframes for the principal interactions. In addition, they designed the user interface for the portal and offered strategic suggestions on user guidance and trust-building interaction patterns. A main element of their work was close cooperation with the Cluedit team during the handoff and implementation stages, indicating a high level of teamwork and professional harmony.

The combined efforts of ALT.WERK and Cluedit resulted in a more harmonized and intuitive interface for the client's portal, resulting in enhanced usability. Moreover, the portal was not only highly functional but also trustworthy and clear for users.
