Altkom Software & Consulting successfully completed a project for Bank Pocztowy S.A. in which they developed and implemented a proprietary platform, Digital Product Center (PC1.0). The platform was designed to model and manage the bank's product offer for the retail client's segment, handle service, sales, and acquisition processes related to offering banking products to prospective clients, and provide reports and management information. The project is currently in the stage of implementing further processes commissioned directly by the Bank. For Panek S.A., a carsharing company, Altkom Software & Consulting developed a dedicated billing system that integrated with the existing carsharing system, payment service providers, and financial and accounting systems. Despite a tight deadline of just 8 months, the system was delivered on time and ready to support new business lines such as bike rental and food delivery. The system also enabled international expansion with multi-currency billing and included unique functionalities like continuous cost calculation. Altkom Software & Consulting was hired by Cardif-Assurances Risques Divers S.A. to create and deploy a system to secure outgoing correspondence sent to their bank's clients. This was achieved by introducing attachment encryption. The project involved modifying and expanding existing business processes, enhancing security in outgoing correspondence, underwriting, and debt collection. Additional requirements were implemented, such as editing correspondence data within the underwriting application, establishing a separate process for email re-sending, and modifying correspondence templates to handle technical and business errors.
