Alternova, Inc., collaborated with Sense Relief on a major project involving the complete redesign of the Sense Relief therapeutic software and its integration with Cardinal Kit. Sense Relief is a digital therapeutic software that utilizes the Apple Watch's haptic feature to alleviate nausea. Alternova's team, which included three programmers and a project manager, worked diligently to bring the second version of Sense Relief to life, based on the vision and wishlist provided by the Sense Relief team. The project was successful, and Alternova's contribution was highly appreciated for its expertise in working with digital health companies.

In another project, Alternova, Inc., provided ongoing technical support to Determinism, a company that developed the PeerKnect platform to facilitate social connections between children with special needs. Alternova's responsibilities included computer engineering, coding, and software development for mobile and web applications. They also worked on UI/UX design updates for the web-based platform and mobile apps. The partnership began in June 2021 and is ongoing, with Alternova continuing to provide weekly updates and improvements. The team's work has been highly valued, with Determinism investing over $20,000 in the partnership and some of the work being done in exchange for equity payments.

Alternova, Inc., also partnered with Lean6Health, a healthcare technology solutions company, to develop a pilot-ready instance of their application and publish it on the two main app stores. The project involved building a mobile and web application from the MVP state, with wireframes and Jira tickets to a pilotable, hostable solution. The scope of work included roles, emails, app store publication, UI/UX, and mobile and web development. The project was successfully completed by a team of 6-10 employees from Alternova, who were chosen for their competitive pricing and company values that aligned with Lean6Health's.
