Altasoft Software Solutions undertook a project for HTSS, a software solutions company in Romania, with the aim of augmenting their team. HTSS was looking to build a new team from scratch, but the local market was deficient in suitable candidates. Altasoft stepped in to fill this gap, providing software developers from various countries including Egypt, Russia, and Belarus. Their goal was not recruitment, but rather outsourcing, leasing their employees to the HTSS project. The current project, a complex hotel management system, is being carried out by a team of about 12 developers, half of whom are from Altasoft. The project, which began in February 2020, is expected to continue until 2025, with the main functionalities going live in September 2022. The partnership between Altasoft and HTSS has been ongoing since December 2019 and has been successful, with HTSS continually returning to Altasoft for more resources as needed. Altasoft's team not only has expertise in backend development using .NET Core, microservices, and various databases, but also has a dedicated frontend developer proficient in the Angular 2+ framework.
