Alpine Intuition

Alpine Intuition was contracted by Ponera Group, a logistics startup, to develop custom software. The project entailed developing a platform and visualizing data; the platform was designed for asset tracking and includes IoT capabilities and data usable for data mining. Communication was also established between IoT hardware and servers, and data management on the servers was implemented. Florin, Alpine Intuition's Founder and CTO, was the project manager and main point of contact. Ponera Group chose Alpine Intuition due to their expertise in data mining, AI services, and IoT software, as well as the quality of their work and reasonable pricing. The project began in September 2020 and is ongoing, with the initial part of the project costing approximately $15,000 and the total contract for the year being roughly $72,000.

Alpine Intuition was hired by a life science applications startup to develop the first proof of concept (PoC) for a new image segmentation algorithm. This deep learning-based algorithm was designed for analyzing photographs generated by the startup's laboratory devices. Alpine Intuition was chosen for their expertise, professionalism, and willingness to understand the startup's problem deeply to create innovative solutions. The startup had direct access to the entire Alpine Intuition team, consisting of three people, which they greatly appreciated.
