Alphas Technology

Alphas Technology completed a project for a logistics and transportation firm, with a focus on transporting flowers in the US. The firm had recently developed a software system and sought Alphas Technology's expertise in support and development services, specifically in managing the software inside Amazon or Google. Alphas Technology was also responsible for overseeing databases and instances, as well as the development aspect of the software. The engagement, which commenced in June 2021, involved the firm working directly with three people from Alphas, and has been ongoing. The firm has invested $15,000 so far and has found Alphas Technology's work to be very organized and well-equipped with the required technology.

In a separate project, Alphas Technology was hired by a digital marketing agency serving the hotel sector. The agency aimed to develop an automated mechanism that combined its internal Customer Relationship System (CRS) data with Google Ads platform data to improve audience management and campaign creation and optimization. Alphas Technology was chosen due to their excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry and a strong technical reference. The scope of work included connecting the web app to the agency's internal CRS API and Google's API, creating campaigns, optimizing the engine, and composing an audience. The project involved regular weekly meetings and several demonstrations before the final approval stage. Alphas Technology's team, including the CEO, project manager, and 2-3 senior developers, worked closely with the agency.
