Alpacked was hired by BairesDev, a software outsourcing and staff augmentation company, to operate their cloud across different geographies. The key requirements were resilience, security adherence, and cost optimization. Alpacked's team of 6-10 employees took over most of the work that the Cloud Operations team did, participating in every step of the process from planning to retrospective, including the implementation and upkeep phases. Their determination, ownership, and reliability were identified as crucial to the project's success.

Absorb Software, a cloud-based learning management system, engaged Alpacked to assist with AWS DevOps for their business. The focus was on improving the reliability, scalability, and security of their site. Alpacked's 2-5 person team delivered key results, such as configuring various AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Route53, implementing automation and continuous integration and delivery processes, and setting up a security framework with network security, access controls, vulnerability scanning, and patching.

Air IT London, an IT consulting and backup and disaster recovery firm, hired Alpacked for their cost-effective, scalable, and trustworthy solutions. Alpacked tailored their approach to match the client's needs, optimizing infrastructure for long-term growth and stability. The 6-10 person team from Alpacked assisted the AWS continuous deployment team with limited resources, utilizing GitHub Actions & Cypress. They fulfilled all requirements, including end-to-end testing Cypress, infrastructure optimization, and ensuring a robust security setup.
