ALOHUB

ALOHUB, a leading company in the tech industry, undertook a project for Callstack, a leading telecommunications company, that requested assistance with their telecommunications requirements. In response, ALOHUB constructed a carrier-grade VoIP platform to interconnect with multiple telecom carriers in Vietnam. This has enabled the provision of SIP trunk services for numerous enterprises and businesses, which include features like virtual numbers, real-time billing, dynamic call routing, and live voice monitoring.

ALOHUB's team, comprising of ten members, not only helped with the project development but also handled the implementation and operation of the platform. They were selected by Callstack due to a combination of factors which include their close geographic proximity, cost-effective pricing, the overall value they offered for the cost, and their shared company values. This successful collaboration between both parties began in February 2024 and continues to be ongoing, indicative of a potentially long-term partnership.

The partnership between ALOHUB and Callstack has yielded positive results, which have likely contributed to the project's ongoing status. ALOHUB's involvement has played a crucial role in streamlining Callstack's telecommunications requirements while ensuring optimal performance, thus receiving positive considerations from the client.
