Citicon's goal was to develop a custom cloud-based software to centralize and optimize management of operations, accounting, and payroll across all their batching plant locations. Ally Techno Grit Solutions was chosen following a Google search, based on their dedication, flexibility, and positive feedback from past clients. The key deliverable was a cloud-based ERP system, designed and developed in collaboration with Citicon, to automate as much of their workflows as possible. Throughout the project, Ally Techno Grit Solutions worked closely with Citicon, taking their feedback into account and making necessary revisions. The project was managed and developed by a five-member team from Ally Techno Grit Solutions, which included their CFO and CEO, and three developers. The result was a successful implementation of a centralized system that minimized the data that needed to be encoded and computed, thereby improving Citicon's overall operational efficiency.
