Ally Techno Grit Solutions Corporation was hired by Citicon, a leading ready mix concrete contractor in Mega Manila, to develop a custom Cloud-based software to centralize and optimize the management of their operations, accounting, and payroll across all batching plant locations. The goal was to create a system that would allow Citicon to reduce work hours and focus more on workflow analysis and improvement. Ally Techno Grit Solutions was selected based on their dedication, flexibility, and positive feedback from past clients. The project involved designing a Cloud-based ERP system, which started with several meetings to understand Citicon's processes and current system issues. The workflows were divided into User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with specific modules per department, which were tested and revised based on feedback before proceeding with the next modules. The project team consisted of five people, including the CFO and systems analyst who developed the ideation and design of the modules, the CEO who provided insight and guidance, and three developers who worked on their own modules while ensuring they all connected into the system. The result was a system that minimized the data that needed to be encoded and computed, automating as much of the workflows as possible.
