Alliance Software Pty Ltd

Alliance Software Pty Ltd collaborated with accessIQ, a student administration and learning management platform, to develop a comprehensive software solution. The challenge was to replace the use of various existing platforms with a single, efficient one. Alliance Software designed and built a platform using Django infrastructure and Python. The project, which began in December 2015, has reduced the reliance on third-party platforms to just one, Xero Accounting Software. The collaboration is ongoing and has seen an investment of $1.6 million so far.

In another project, Alliance Software developed custom childcare software for EnrolNow, a company providing enrollment and whitelist software programs for childcare centers and kindergartens. The software was designed to improve the supply-and-demand ratio for childcare positions, enabling childcare centers to allocate their positions effectively and achieve a 100% occupancy incentive. The engagement, which began in November 2014, involved end-to-end development work, including UX design, complex algorithms, and wireframes. The collaboration is ongoing, with continuous adaptations and software modifications. The projects have seen an investment of around $500,000 AUD (approximately $388,000 USD).

For BrokerEngine, a SAAS product that assists mortgage brokers in automating their practices, Alliance Software Pty Ltd rebuilt their platform, initially built on Microsoft Dynamics. The project aimed to create a solution without underlying license fees, and that was swift, scalable, and supported handover to an internal development team. The new platform was built to reduce reliance on Microsoft's licensing fees and to improve the user experience. The project involved a team of developers and project managers from Alliance Software, who worked on a detailed analysis of the existing app before rebuilding it. The collaboration with Alliance Software was facilitated through BrokerEngine's membership with EO.
