The team of 6-10 employees was chosen based on a referral. The project involved a mobile-first approach and the integration of multiple APIs for user-generated content, social media, Google Maps, weather, and YouTube to ensure easy use and secure access. The platform was designed to be easily scalable to reach end users quickly. The results exceeded expectations, with key performance indicators significantly rising, indicating Alliance Innovations' substantial contribution to achieving the desired results.

In a separate project, Alliance Innovations was hired by an advertising firm to provide web development services and facilitate a data migration process. The team, led by CEO Demetrios, built a prototype of the new platform using InVision and translated it into working pages using Drupal. They also integrated a third-party API to build a dynamic website and conducted some SEO work through Google Analytics. The engagement, which ran from January to November 2017, saw an investment of around $700,000. The decision to work with Alliance Innovations was based on a co-worker's recommendation. The project was successfully completed, but no specific outcomes or feedback were provided.
