Zero Eight Firearm Compliance, a compliance service provider for the private security industry, employed AlgoRepublic to develop a bespoke software product to manage their clients' firearm compliance needs. The software had to be scalable to accommodate future business growth. AlgoRepublic was chosen for their guidance through the unfamiliar software development environment. Three developers, including two senior developers and a director, worked on the project. The outcome was a cloud-based solution that provided information on firearm and training compliance, sent reminders and alerts, checked compliance, and offered electronic registers and reports. The technology used for this project was ASP.NET MVC Core 3.1 with MSSQL Server 2017.
